Hi @User_BEWTY
Refer - Web Application Firewall FAQ | Oracle

Arjun
Thanks for the response. That WAF FAQ link mentions WAF for Fusion Applications, but doesn't reference WAF for Fusion Data Intelligence. What about FDI deployed on a PaaS OCI tenancy ?
The below mentioned articles are created for OAC and the same work for FAW as well.Currently we do not have any other document reference for confirmation.
Refer:-

We will log an Documentation Enhancement request to add the same.

Hi Arjun - thanks again for the useful reference links.
Both the links cover setup of WAF by having a Vanity URL. A Vanity URL is available for OAC. However, currently a Vanity URL is not available for the OAC within FDI (as per the FDI documentation) - even though we can see the option to create it on the OCI/FDI console pages. Have raised it in Ideas Lab btw.
To clarify - my question on the forum was to ask if there was a default in-built WAF that protects FDI (similar to the way it comes with SaaS Fusion Apps) - without us having to deploy it manually?
Thanks
@User_BEWTY did you find the answer to your questions. Have the same ask if WAF can be implemented for ADW that comes with FDI?
Hi,
Does anyone get the answer for the below:
if there was a default in-built WAF that protects FDI ?

@VkDe - sorry i missed your question on this forum earlier. I didn't get the answer to my query - i presumed there is no in-built WAF protecting FDI. Will cross-check against current documentation for any updates.
