Option 1

Are you referring to any specific column in the Fusion Application? Do you find the same column in OTBI subject areas?

Option 2

in FDI, you want to calculate the latest hire date of the worker if the worker has been rehired multiple times

Hi @User_2NDAD You can do that using max function on the hire date for the worker. Apart from detailed reporting, do you have any other requirements on this column?
