Visual configurations - Pivot Table type not displaying and tabular chart not Org filtering

Question

ISSUE 1:

I've created a few configurations, but the only one that I cant seem to get to work is the pivot table. The configuration preview seems fine

But on the Maintenance Management Page is just blank:

The green highlighted configurations are all the same OTBI Analysis and refer to the same record. The pink highlight is where the above pivot table is placed that is not working.

ISSUE 2:

All 3 configurations below use the SAME OTBI Analysis with ORG Code Prompted, the Organisation filter applies succesfully to the green highlighted items, but will not apply to the tabular chart as expected, highlighted in pink you can see other orgs.

not an otbi issue, same would happen on adaptive search. Who is responsible for integrating otbi and adaptive search through visualisation configurations? can you direct me to that team please?
