Average Annual salary in the Salary basis Subject area is not giving exact results

Question

Average Annual salary column/metric in the Salary basis Subject area is not giving exact results for the frequency 'Hourly'. Its working for Monthly but not for others.

Kindly let me know how can we handle this. Also guide me how to extract the queries which are used for FDI Key metrics/facts.

For Average Annual salary column/metric in the Salary basis Subject area is not giving exact results for the frequency 'Hourly', you might need to log a Service Request to get the clarification from Oracle Product Team, how it is calculates and what should be expected result.

For how to extract the queries which are used for FDI Key metrics/facts - I would suggest going thru the Section "Configure Query Logging" in the admin guide, direct URL is

Thanks for your reply. I hope the explanation is related to 'Warehouse Currency - Annualized Salary (FTE)'

But we are using the column 'Warehouse Currency - Average Annualized Salary' and we couldn't find much information in the logic sheet as well.

The documentation hints that the calculation might be different to what you'd expect. It is based on the annualisation factor for hourly rates, and it also interacts with the FTE

Annualization Factor (Hourly) = Legal Employer Standard Working Hours per Week × Weeks per Year

FTE = Person Working Hours per Week / Legal Employer Standard Working Hours per Week

The annualised salary for hourly worker depends on, working hours per week, legal employer standard working hours per week, weeks per year and FTE
