Cannot find negotiation subject area in FDI

I do not see Negotiation SA even listed in the future product road map. I would suggest going thru this pdf provided by Oracle and reach out to one of the Product Managers or log an idea.

As Mandeep said, there is no standalone Negotiations Subject Areas but there are many Negotiations related metrics in the Procurement Subject Areas as described here:
