HCM Analytics

Question

The prebuild dashboard in HCM Analytics is showing incorrect "headcount".  We are off by 40%. It is showing some person headcount as 0. And it is not matching. However, the "computed headcount" matches.

I am not able to figure it out how the head count is calculated. Based on the metrics calculation, - Headcount

Filter(Headcount) using Assignment Status Type Code IN ('ACTIVE','SUSPENDED')

Headcount is based off the headcount number stored in Fusion. I have found that not all organisations use that field and so the alternative seeded metric for worker count which is just a row count of workers is used.

Hi @Subash Aryal ,

The standard Headcount metric in FDI relies on the Headcount attribute in HCM. Please check in HCM if active worker records have a Headcount value of 1.

The Computed Headcount uses conditional logic (CASE WHEN Primary Assignment = 'Y' THEN 1 ELSE NULL END) built directly into the data warehouse.

Person Employee Count could be 0 because it does not have a Primary Assignment or Primary Assignment is not ACTIVE or SUSPENDED.
