BIP Report for Assignment Transactional History Detail Report

Hi,

We are trying to retrieve the complete history Bip report of assignment updates where the same assignment record has been modified multiple times with an unchanged Effective Start Date. We are currently using PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M and PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M_; however, the data returned does not consistently reflect all transaction-level updates, particularly when changes are made by the same or different users.

Could you please suggest the appropriate tables, views, or audit framework that can provide a complete historical record of these updates, including the user who performed the change and the corresponding update timestamp with attributes?

Have you enabled all those attributes in Audit policies which you see under changed attributes and still not able to pull the required data?
