Oracle BI | Receive error message after 10 minutes when opening the report

for a particular report, when some users click on the link, the new tab opens but after about 10 minutes of loading the system returns

BI reports do typically timeout after running for 10 minutes.

If the issue is limited to one user, that user likely has access to more data than the rest and a default filter should be added to the report. The goal should be to define reports to run in a minute or less.

* custom BI Publisher report 
* Excel
* always fail after about 10 minutes for a specific user
* the report run interactively from Fusion, from a custom daskboard
* I don't know why the user never opened this report due to the issue you're experiencing.

* Is this a custom BI Publisher report or a seeded Oracle report?
* What is the output format (Excel, PDF, CSV, XML)?
* Does the report always fail after about 10 minutes, or is the timing inconsistent?
* Is this report run interactively from Fusion, or is it a scheduled job?
* Approximately how many rows does the report return?
