Local Subject areas related to HCM are missing.

Question

Hello,

FDI has been set on TEST environment before full implementation. I try to use Local Subject Areas when creating dataset, but unfortunately, seems like all HCM areas are missing. This is my current view:

I have all possible roles, including follwing, assigned to my user in OCI:

* FAW Functional Administrator
* FAW Licensed HCM Authors / Consumers
* FAW Licensed SCM Authors / Consumers
* FAW Modeler
* FAW Modeler Administrator
* FAW Security Administrator
* FAW Service Administrator
* Integration Specialist

along with all Fusion HR seeded roles.

What might be the reason? Many thanks for help.

Seems like i don't have access to pipelines cause i can't see anything related to pipelines and data configuration under console:

Any ideas why? As i mentioned, i was added to all groups related to FDI in OCI.

Hi @Piotr Kiewro

A Local Subject Area is not the starting point for using HCM in FDI.

You would need to configure and activate the HCM functional areas in FDI.

The documentation starts here:

and the documentation for activating Pipelines is here:

Once activation of the Functional Areas has completed, you will see the Subject Areas in OAC.
