Supervisor or Manager flag is available in FDI, I am not sure if it is available in the custom subject area you referring to, worth checking with the team. If it's not there it a change in your BIP to extract and change on load script followed by sematic model update for the field to be available in front-end for you.
can you please help me guiding me to get a custom field in assignment section where this can be visible to the all user where if they identify that the user is a line manager by the custom field is automatically update through the fast formula function . which is easily can be identified that the user is a line manager or not
