Anyone had any issues with the 26.R3 update & subject areas dissapearing

Hi,

Just done 26.R3 in our test pod, It went in easily enough, added advanced collections etc. Can back after the update completed and we no longer have any subject areas in OAC. Seems the latest update is causing for us a 500 internal server error and we can only access our custom data sources.

As we were using FTR which has moved from free to a paid for subscription, that was removed over the weekend too, though that seems to have worked fine in production.

I've got an SR running at the moment, but just thought I would ask if anyone else experienced an issue. I'm really looking forwards to the long awaited Advanced Collections subject areas and want to give them a whirl.

Yep, its stilling with the agent at the moment going through another round of screen shots and har files .

 I think the SR is the best way to go on this issue. I have not heard of others having this issue after the 26.R3 update. If you are getting a 500 error, that is pretty serious and it would need to be addressed with urgency via a SR.
