I have Windows 64-Bit in my system and I have downloaded Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 64-bit. when trying to install Oracle BI Publisher in my system, I get error like "Set Word2007 flg failed" or "Please uninstall the current version using Add or Remove Program from the control Panel"

But there is no program for Oracle BI Publisher in Control Panel. How to resolve this issue and Install Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 64-bit.

This is a common Oracle BI Publisher Desktop installation issue, usually caused by either a bitness mismatch or leftover files/registry entries from a previous install. The single biggest culprit is when install the 64-bit BI Publisher Desktop while running 32-bit Word (very common with Microsoft 365, which often installs as 32-bit by default even on 64-bit Windows)

There might be a partially installed version which you are unable to see in control panel.

Can you try installing the latest version as an admin?
