Content Description: AI-enabled Collector Work Queue & SLA turns portfolio exposure into daily execution, through natural language interactions that make analytics more intuitive and accessible.
Users can ask questions conversationally and instantly uncover what is open, what is overdue, what is escalated, and whether the team is hitting its service levels. Work item status and action type show how effort is being spent, the collector scorecard shows who is carrying the queue, and the prioritized action queue connects each task to the strategy that generated it, its execution sequence and the time remaining. This workbook enables analysis by Collector, Work Item Status, Action Type, Strategy Template, Customer, Business Unit and Time.
Content Type: AI Data Agent + Workbook
Application: ERP
Fusion Module: Advanced Collections
Target Persona: Collections Manager, Collections Specialist, Collections Supervisor, Credit Manager
Subject Areas: Financials – Collections Strategies and Work Items
Business Use Case/Questions:
- How many work items are open and overdue by collector?
- What is the SLA adherence rate for <Business Unit>?
- Which work items are escalated?
- How are work items distributed by action type?
- Show work item counts by status
- Which collector has the most overdue work items?

- Show the average start delay by collector
- How many work items were completed for <Business Unit>?

Best Practices:
● This workbook runs on the Collections Strategies and Work Items subject area, not Collections Delinquencies. Both must be enabled to use the full four-workbook set.
● A large cancelled or timed-out work item population usually indicates strategies generating tasks the team never works — worth reviewing at the strategy template level rather than at collector level.
● SLA adherence is calculated on items that have reached completion, so a queue with no completed items will not produce a meaningful rate.
● Dashboard filters are passed to the AI Agent, so scope the canvas before asking collector-level questions.
