Why is FDI not returning data when the Enterprise Contracts - Contracts subject area is used?

HI,

I am trying to get data from the Enterprise Contracts - Contracts subject area in FDI.  However, it is not returning any records when I use this subject area.  Are there additional configurations or setup tasks needed to pull enterprise contracts data in FDI?  I have checked the following:

*  In Oracle fusion, I have access to view Contracts information in the UI.
* In Oracle fusion OTBI, I am able to access the Enterprise Contracts - Contracts Real Time subject area, and data is returning correctly.
* In FDI, I am able to use other subject areas; like PPM, and data is returning correctly.

Current capabilities:

Enterprise Contracts

This feature provides the ability to analyze buy side contracts. It includes details on contract headers, contract lines, contracts terms, and fulfillment lines.

Enterprise Contracts - Parties and Parties Contact

This feature provides the ability to load contract parties and the party's contact details on an as-needed basis because these dimensions can be deleted in Fusion Applications. This helps to keepFusion Data Intelligence in sync with Fusion Applications.

Thank you @Vasudha-M-Oracle for your promptness!  It is greatly appreciated!  I will raise an SR with Oracle Support.

In the meantime, can you confirm if there is a subject area for Contracts(Selling side) in FDI?  Or if this is a subject area that Oracle intends to offer in the upcoming FDI release?

I recommend the following checks:

* Check with your service administrator: If they can see data in the subject area, review your user’s data security assignments.
* Verify the data pipeline: If the service administrator also sees no data, review the functional-area configuration,fusion pre-reqs, latest refresh status, and load statistics.If necessary, raise a SR so Support can investigate further.
