I have this dashboard that filters by month:
Is it possible to have inside it a calculation of Employees hired in that year, no matter if the month is January or October?
Hi @Stefano_Mazzocca
You could look to create a parameter for the month and Year and use the year to filter the report. I did something similar for financials using the available values as logical sql using
SELECT "Financials - GL Budgets"."Time"."Fiscal Year" FROM "Financials - GL Budgets" WHERE "Financials - GL Budgets"."Time"."Fiscal Period"
= (@parameter("Select Fiscal Period")(''))
Hope this helps
It is a strategy, sure. In the meanwhile I thought it was better for me to use the month date and apply the Year function to it, in order to get always the year despite the month
