Your RPD seems to be kaputt. deploy a valid BAR like the SALite to get your server up and then repair and redeploy your RPD

Fix: Yesterday I had deleted an 'empty.rpd' file because I had already configured a repository but had not configured it in the BI Presention Brownser. And when the OBIEE service was going to start an error occurred. I restored the filet an error occurred.

    Hi,

In the log, it's mentioned that the invalid repository file.

    [2017-04-18T09:03:48.305-03:00] [OBIS] [ERROR:1] [] [] [ecid: ] [sik: ssi] [tid: c4c]  [nQSError: 47007] Invalid repository file: F:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\bi\bifoundation\server\\empty.rpd. [[

In 12c I remember, rpd exist under "[home]/user_projects/domains/bi/bidata/service_instances/ssi/metadata/datamodel/customizations"

Please check if the RPD exist in this location. If present... Download the RPD using data-model-cmd.sh and then deploy the RPD using em.

Then check if the service is up and running or not.

    Thanks,

    Yaswanth
