@Sourav Dey You could try allowing a CIDR block in the ATP ACL instead of a single IP. OAC can use a range of outbound addresses, so opening the whole block helps avoid ATP blocking the connection if the IP shifts.

Thanks @Gianni Ceresa & @SteveF-Oracle for your comments. I'll revert to the Taleo forum; the instance is embedded in our Taleo application and not accessed standalone. The Taleo module is the only module which uses this; we use BIP for other modules.
