Just seen this from Oracle: Oracle Support Document 2338889.1 (OBIEE 12.2.1.X Reports and Dashboards Using Dynamic Repository Variables Not Refreshing and Showing Incorrect Data ) can be found at: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2338889.1

@Gianni Ceresa has written extensively about this: https://gianniceresa.com/2016/12/obiee-12c-custom-style-ear-file/ https://gianniceresa.com/2017/02/obiee-12c-custom-style-using-shared-folder/

Have you seen this Oracle blog post?
-
Can you provide some more information like OS, OBIEE version and probably some screenshots of how you've configured the Logical table and how you've set up the outer join?
-
Some more information required: Which OS, which OBIEE version? Is this of any help? - Oracle Support Document 1502899.1 (OBIEE 11g: Error: "[nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error:.... The server responded with: Unknown authentication schema: UidPwd-delivers Error Codes: GPA2Z36E"when Delivering an Agent) can…

Is there an SR for this? Are Oracle even aware of this issue?

To be clear, I totally agree with @Christian Berg and DDR should be used only as a last resort. My suggestion was that if you wanted to use a DDR which needs to access more than 1 DB then (assuming you're running against an Oracle DB), then you could use a database link which allows you to access data from database B from…

Have you tried to use a DB link?

Then in that case, take a look at BI Publisher specific documentation - https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/12213/bip/bip-designreports.htm It appears that you want to modify the auto generated layout. Hopefully, this document should be of help although at a quick glance, the information looks scanty. You may actually get…
-
When you select the Create a Layout option, you are redirected to BI Publisher as you rightly mentioned. This allows you to create layout that are used for PDF and/or Excel when the dashboard is exported in either of these formats. BI Publisher has more control for pixel perfect reporting and printing and exporting.…

I'm not sure if this is of relevance but check this: Oracle Support Document 2115367.1 (OBIEE 11g: Using The AGO Function When Fragmentation In The Fact Source Fails With Error 'nQSError 12002') can be found at: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2115367.1 Also, you are using very old software on a…

It’s one or the other, either you have the values displayed (as you have now) or you have the values display when the mouse hovers over a bar.
-
Hi @Charles M I recall your original thread and from my experience, there isn't much that can be done to resolve this. You could try with playing with the graph size but I doubt that will make a difference.
-
Take a look at this document which should point you to OBIEE log fileS
-
you'll need to provide some more information, this is just HTML code of a 500 error. What version of 11g, which OS, have you checked the log files? Do other analyses run as expected?
-
Then in that case, use is prompted filters on your analyses with the pivot views. https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/12213/biee/BIEUG/GUID-663B5A97-06B1-4486-8C5E-4261B1758581.htm Youll need the columns that you want to filter on to be common to both analyses So that the values can be passed down for filtering.
-
You are on the right track. The Master Detail functionality should help you achieve this. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/bi-cloud/bilug/linking-views-master-detail-relationships.html

it;s just that the font size is larger than the size of the April bar. You could try a smaller font size for the bar labels.
-
Have you tried other browsers?
