Missing catobtk.sql script file

I installed Oracle 8.0.6 (Typical) with Oracle Enterprise Manager with Oracle Standard Management Pack (version 2.0.4) on NT 4.0. I need to run the catobtk.sql script to configure authentication encryption before installing and configuring iFS, but cannot find the catobtk.sql file in $ORACLE_HOME\RDBMS\ADMIN. In fact, I searched all local volumes and the catobtk.sql file is installed nowhere on the file system.

Did I skip a step in the installation process or is there a possibility the catobtk.sql file is missing? If so, how can I get the file?

Thanks much in advance.

iFS runs on Oracle 8.1.6 and above.
So, the file is missing because you are using
    an old version.
By the way, it is necessary because iFS depends on the Java capabilities of
    Oracle 8i.
