DBMS_AQADM refuses recompilation

Hello,
when i try to recompile AQADM it didn't become valid.
Component or Identifier Error.
The Tables AQ$_... are granted to the user.
But the use as %Type in AQADM fails.
A newly created "Test Package" shows the same error.
Does referencing like <shema>.<table>.<column>%Type work and what's to take care? Any hints
