How to make the mirror drive bootable

807557 Member Posts: 35,835
I have two drives that have Solaris 10 on them, mirrored.
How do I boot off the 2nd drive to make sure that the mirroring works, in case the primary fails.

It doesn't look like it's bootable now:

# eeprom | grep -i bootpath
bootpath=/[email protected],0/pci10de,[email protected]/pci1000,[email protected]/[email protected],0:a

# cat /platform/i86pc/boot/solaris/bootenv.rc | grep -i bootpath
setprop bootpath /[email protected],0/pci10de,[email protected]/pci1000,[email protected]/[email protected],0:a
