Siebel Connector Communication Configurations

I would like to be able to add agents to Communication Configurations in the target system from OIM. I am using OIM 9.1.0.2, Siebel Connector 9.0.4.12, and Siebel CRM 8.0.0.6. Is there a way to extend the Siebel connector to include this functionality, or do will I need to write my own custom tasks?
