Manoj, I tried that solution but it didn't work.
If I do that, then it doesn't open many of the application URLs and
there are more errors in the diagnostic log.

Anything going through port 19000 has passed.Since you have used Oracle HTTP as your web server.Port 80 has failed cause you have not used IIS as your web server.Hence the errors in the logs.

Since I redeployed to IIS server using Configurator, shouldn't it automatically use IIS and also update its start up scripts?

I tried stopping the Oracle HTTP Server from the Program Menu option and also the service "Oracle Process Manager (ohsInstancexxxxx)". But that didn't help.

How do I make everything use IIS ?

I know its a pain but I suggest you start from scratch in order to donfigure IIS as your web server.

Manoj, I would install it from scratch if that would solve the issue.

But looking at the "Installation and Configuration Troubleshooting Guide - RELEASE 11.1.2.1", page 70 has the following entry.

Web Server Configuration

No Option Available for Configuring IIS as Web Server

Issue: You skipped Web server installation when running EPM System Installer because you are
using IIS as your Web server, but in EPM System Configurator there is no option for configuring
the Web server.

Solution: Install Oracle HTTP Server, then restart EPM System Configurator.
You must install Oracle HTTP Server even if you do not want to use it as your Web server,
because EPM System Configurator activates the Web server configuration task with the Oracle
HTTP Server installation. When Oracle HTTP Server is installed, you can choose Oracle HTTP
Server or IIS during Web server configuration.

So it means, I have to install Oracle HTTP Server to have the option to select IIS as an option.
Then I would be back to square one again. Isn't it?
