Not at the moment. Sites is a newly acquired product so it will take a time to integrate them both.
You could however use some web clipping portlet from portal to integrate sections or use the pagelet producer but it's not optimal...
The content istelf is also stored in a different repository. They are working on an adapter to synch the content from sites with UCM. Once this is done you should be able to use the content in portal as well. -

In the meantime, you have 2 additonal options:
1. Gadgets - You can consume Gadgets from WebCenter Portal, some examples with Google Gadgets are available in OTN.
2. Widgets - You can build HMTL + Javascript widgets with Sites and embed in WebCenter Portal pages.
