Oracle B2B 11g application server connection error

Hi,
I am trying to configure B2B 11g receive operation in SOA composite, when i am trying to connect application server step, it saying connection intialization error.
I am new to B2B integration. Do i need to do any specific configuration for B2B in weblogic server. I have configured SSL in welogic server. Please help me.

Have you tested application server connection in JDev? If no then please do so. There seems to be an issue with app server connection. Make sure that it is pointing to the Admin Server host and port.I have configured SSL in welogic server.Do you have only HTTPS port enabled or HTTP port is also enabled. If only HTTPS port is enabled then you may need to import your server's public cert into trust store of JDev. If HTTP port is also enabled then use it in JDev app server connection instead of HTTPS port.

Thank you very much for quick update. I have done and tried again, if you have any documentaion or link can you provide me?
My https port is enabled and i am able to logiin from https port, but whn i am testng from jdeveloper if i use aways use https, my app server coonection failed otherwise it is successful. I have tried with help of you blog only. Please help me.
