Thousand Seperator for Web Form

Is there anyway we can specify thousand seperator for a specific web form, not by using Preferences of Workspace?

In other words, can we remove the thousand seperator from a specific web form?

I dont think this is possible.

The data display settings are universally set for all the webforms for a specific users.

Other than User Preferences in Workspace, I have seen this in Excel Setting.

Launch Excel - Option Excel - Advance Options - Uncheck "Use System Separators:"

- Decimal Separator to dot

- 1000's separator to comma
