Users are facing FRM-41213: Unable to connect to the Report server

HI,

We are using Oracle 10g Forms and Reports Server on linux.

Where to verify exact log error was occurred?

Some time users are complaining that we are unable to run reports, even all opmnctl services are running, we just to restart the report server.

Please also guide us how to crosscheck the report server have enough configurations settings like maxconnect, cache etc.....?
