Hardware requirements (Optimal) for Enterprise Controller with Co-Located Proxy & Remote Proxy Contr

Need some clarity on Ops Center Hardware requirements for Provisioning multiple clients over a network.
Hardware requirements for:
a) Enterprise Controller with Co-Located Proxy
b) Remote Proxy Controller
Need optimal hardware requirement (like CPU, Memory (Physical/Swap), Disk Space) for the above mentioned a) & b) to provision/cater maximum number of clients at time.
Hardware requirement for Enterprise Controller with Co-Located Proxy & Remote Proxy Controller per Server (for provisioning)?
Lets say if I need to provision 10 servers at a time what is the optimal Hardware requirement for Enterprise Controller with Co-Located Proxy & Remote Proxy Controller.
or if I need to provision 100 servers at a time then what is the optimal h/w requirement.
In details of storage requirement,
At some point, they have mentioned that all controllers require Cache Size of 74 GB. Can you help us in understanding what is this Cache and where it resides.
Looking for your input.
