Editing jobid of another owners scheduled job

I was attempting to edit another users scheduled job, but am unable to do so.  We have set the permissions and roles up so that I have the ability to managejobs as well as the biadministrator role.  Does anyone know if this is impossible within Oracle BI publisher 11g?  When I attempt to pause the users scheduled job I receive an error that states unable to pause another users scheduled job.  Any help or reference would be appreciated.
