Getting 'Cannot Create Active X component' error while configuring FDM Load Balancer

Hi All,

I am configuring FDM on windows 2008 64 bit and while configuring Load Balance Configuration  and configuring CSS authentication,I am getting error of 'Cannot create Active X component'

I have searched all blogs and all the support knowledge documents on oracle support but all the solution which are provided there is not working.

Please let me know if someone can help
