Hello,

I'm trying to change report Map Monitor For Location (under Audit Reports) to include all reports, rather than choosing one location each time I run the report.

How can i do this?

This is the report's script:

SELECT

tLogKeys.ItemDesc,

tLogKeys.ItemLongDesc,

tLogActivity.ItemKey,

tLogActivity.IOSource,

tLogActivity.Status,

tLogActivity.StartTime AS TDate,

tLogActivity.StartTime,

tLogActivity.EndTime,

tLogActivity.UserName,

tLogActivity.EventInfo,

tLogActivity.ErrorInfo,

tLogActivity.PartitionKey,

tPOVPartition.PartName

FROM tLogActivity

INNER JOIN tLogKeys

ON tLogActivity.ItemKey = tLogKeys.ItemKey

INNER JOIN tPOVPartition

ON tLogActivity.PartitionKey = tPOVPartition.PartitionKey

WHERE

(tLogActivity.PartitionKey = ~Loc~)

AND (tLogActivity.ItemKey = 225)

ORDER BY

tPOVPartition.PartName,

tLogActivity.IOSource,

tLogActivity.Status,

tLogActivity.StartTime DESC

Thanks

Lilach

Simply change the Where Clause in the report query to remove the filter by Location i.e. change ...

    WHERE

    (tLogActivity.PartitionKey = ~Loc~)

    AND (tLogActivity.ItemKey = 225)

    to

    WHERE

    (tLogActivity.ItemKey = 225)

P.S. Make sure you duplicate the original report before making the customization, and give your customized report a name that indicates it is a custom report.

    Thanks.

I tried what you wrote and it didn't work. after erasing the first row, it still asked me to choose the location.

    Please help...

    Thanks

    Hi,

That is because the location is specified as an input parameter for the report. This can be removed in the report properties, however, if you have modified the query as I suggested that parameter will never be applied as a filter on the report dataset, so even if you choose a location the report should still show all locations.

    OK, I managed... thanks!

    Another Q

If I want the location to be shown in a separate column, how do I write it?

I don't really understand the FDQM tables..

    Thanks!

That is nothing to do with the query, as all that does is return the dataset for the report to consume (as you can see from last line in the select clause location name i.e. tPOVPartition.PartName is returned for each row). If you want the location to appear in a seperate column then you will need to modify the layout of the report in the report designer in the Workbench client.

Also please mark the thread as answered. Thanks.

    Hi

Do you know where I can find information on FDQM tables (in order to change the order of the columns)?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Do you know where I can find information on FDM's tables?

If I want to change the layout of the report, I need to know the tables and the fields within them.

    Thanks
