Error Message on FDM Export / Load

When testing a data load to a new HFM application that is successfully registered, we are receiving an error message.  We can browse for target values, import, validate, and create the basic export file.  We are also successfully loading data to the new application, but only with an error message.  After clicking on 'Cancel' to close the load dialog, the Export fish is orange as well.

What seems the strangest is that the Export process is not creating the a, b, or c.dat files...

Can anyone provide some suggestions for troubleshooting?  For informational purposes, we are using FDM 11.1.2.1, the log file is below, and we have already filed an SR with Oracle.

Thanks in advance!
