Hi All,
I also posted this in the customer advisory board forum, so some of you may have seen it there and I apologize for the duplication.
My question centers on the use of Oracle Entitlement Server. We're just starting to use OES and we're looking for ideas on best practices you have adopted. This mainly centers on the design of policies and the use of obligations. And going beyond 'best practice', if anyone is using obligations at all, we would be interested in the different types of obligations you are passing back. Anything you can share is greatly appreciated.
