Workrelationship batch is creating more rows than in the File via FBL

Hello All,

We are doing a load into Oracle HCM Cloud using FBL.

while doing the import for Workrelationship file, The batch summary on the Fusion side is showing up more rows than in the file?

What are the possible scenarios where we end up more rows in the Fusion side than in the file?

EX: 5000 Rows in Workrelationship File

       5005 Rows are getting displayed in the Load Batch data Summary
