Issued solved by ignore the pre req check with parameter

-ignoreSysPrereqs

This is known issue while installing ofm products on some HP hosts:

https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1212/core/RNINF/install.htm#RNINF436

  1. 1.3.11 Prerequisite Checks Fail While installing Oracle Fusion Middleware Products on Some HP Hosts

While installing Oracle Fusion Middleware products on some HP hosts, the prerequisite check related to CPU speed fails.

While launching the installer, specify the command line option -ignoreSysPrereqs. This lets the installer skip the System Prerequisite Checks and proceed with the installation.

Thanks,

Jolly
