How to discover the service processors of the target systems?

I am working on using Ops Center 12.3.1.0.0) to provision some OL 6.7 servers. The doc (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E59957_01/doc.123/e59971/GUID-E68AFFC0-8724-48DC-83F0-D13CB1C1D344.htm#OCOPS10101) lists 7 steps. Step 4 is to discover the service processors of the target systems.
Anyone know how to discover/define non-Oracle hardware?
Is there another way to create/define "target systems"?
Creating a Service Processor Configuration Profile and Plan (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E59957_01/doc.123/e59971/GUID-257A1D72-0472-45E7-80F0-DF58F4581E91.htm#OCOPS5354) requires a "Subtype" but the only choices are Oracle servers running ILOM 3.0 or M-Series SP.
Thanks for any clues.
