Why do some of the messages are automatically moved to Exception Queue in AQ (Advanced Queue)

Hi,

We are using AQ
Some of the messages are automatically moved to Exception Queue in AQ

AQ message parameters >>> expiration parameter is -1 (never expires) ; Number of retries = 5

 

We stopped the OSB service that dequeue the messages

But still the messages are moved to exception queue

How to find who/what other service is attempting to dequeue the message ?
Is there trace options available in AQ or database to find this ?
