Unable to add asset in ops center

Hi,

I'm facing issue while trying to add asset to ops centre.

The following error message occurs when trying to add asset :

Few Questions:

1. is this a new asset you adding to OpsCenter.

2. Was this asset or any of its Hardware components were part of any other asset which is present in OpsCenter.

3. Have you tried stopping Proxy Controller & Enterprise controller services and restart them back and tried adding this asset.

4. Was this first time you faced this issue..

Please update as much as information about the issue, so that solution can be easy to find.
