Problem viewing XML payload in Workflow screens in 12.2.4

When we viewed advanced queues XML payload (e.g. WF_IN) in 11.5.9, Oracle displayed the formatted XML in an Internet Explorer window.  Since upgrading to 12.2.4 there is now a native Oracle XML form but unfortunately the XML displays as one long line of text without any formatting.

Has anyone run across this issue?

You need to log an SR with the product team . The issue is with the data format as you can observe all the XML data is in a single line without any format.Prod team needs to be involved. Its not the issue with WF_IN AQ. The AQ Payload format is not changed.
