Oracle discoverer 10g( On windows Discoverer database and Oracle application server ) migrating to D

Our current discoverer 10g is on windows with DISCOMV database and application server. We have maney work books (reports ) and they are accessed by public connections.
We want to upgrade to 11g.
I am aware that will need to new fresh install of Discoverer 11g(fusion) which I completed and is on Linux server.
What I need to do next to have all 10g workbooks and public connections to freshly installed Discoverer 11g.
Please advise.
