Error when adding App server in JDeveloper

Juan S.Jun 1 2016 — edited Jun 1 2016

Hi all,

I´m trying to add an Application Server in my resource palette and I'm getting an error when testing the connection. The Jdev version is 11.1.1.7.1 and the Java Cloud SDK version is 16.1.1.0. The error when I execute the connection test is:

=========================================================

Testing Cloud-Admin                    ... failed.

listApplications failed.

Check username, password, domain, instance.

Check cloud sdk location & version: Tools->Preferences->Oracle Cloud

0 of 1 tests successful

=========================================================

I already checked the sdk version and location, and it looks fine.

I also checked several times the authentication info ,the data center info, the domain info and it looks ok. The only field which I'm not sure if it's correct is the Service name. Is the service name a descriptive name? Or should I enter an specific value? Or maybe the Java SDK is not compatible with the JDev 11.1.1.7.1?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Regards

Juan
