hi Experts,

If 2 OTD nodes are created on jcs, can they be in active-active mode?

Does jcs supports 3 or more otd nodes? if not, which approach should be taken to reverse proxy very high concurrent requests to backend weblogic servers?

Best regards

Check the documentation. It clearly reads

"An Oracle Java Cloud Service instance can include zero, one or two load balancer nodes. A configuration with two active load balancer nodes provides these advantages:

    • Transparent fail over of application requests if a load balancer becomes unavailable.
    • Multiple load balancers for greater application throughput. "

which means: it is active - active, you should rather scale the load balancer performance for each of two nodes. If this is not still enough (I know from your other questions that you are looking for many more apps servers, etc.) you should ask your local Oracle rep to help you building a dedicated cloud environments just for your needs.
