Unable to connect to Oracle Storage

I have a new Oracle Cloud trial subscription and when I try to "Create Application" in the "Application Container Cloud" I immediately get the following error: "Unable to connect to Oracle Storage. Please contact oracle support". I am sure I am missing something such as enabling Oracle storage but I  could not found any information on how to do that.

Anybody have an idea on what I need to do?

Before deploying any applications, you must make sure that your Oracle Storage Cloud Service account is active and has its replication policy set. Docs for reference can be found here. If you have already done this, I would suggest engaging with Oracle Support via the chat function or by opening a Service Request.
