How to do housekeeping on Solaris 11 Sofware Update Library on Ops Center

Hi All,

I would like to ask, how to do housekeeping for old and unused SRU on Software Update Library Ops Center?

Since the solaris version keep being updated and the software library became bigger and bigger, is there any way to remove some of its content only? not all of the repository?

Hi,

such can only be done when you import into the MSR the used needed sol11 repositories.

See /var/opt/sun/xvm/OCDoctor/howto/howto_manually_sync_the_Solaris11_MSR

These download/import must than by done by admin as OPScenter is designed

to download all provided sol11 images, on scheduled way each month. Such must

be done than manually.
