Integration with HCM

Customer has BI on cloud with OBIEE in the back end for HR analytics. HR application is PeopleSoft.

Customer is planning to implement fusion HCM and wants to redesign HR reporting  so that the current BICS UI still shows HR reports ( BICS is used for all applications like finance , HR , procurement etc)

How to integrate BICS with fusion HCM?
