Dynamic IP Address for Taleo Learn

My company is in the process of implementing Taleo Learn as our new LMS. We receive the majority of our online courses from group called LINGOs (Learning In NGOs), and in order to properly dispatch all of the SCORM courses to our new LMS, we need to know all of the dynamic IP addresses Taleo Learn uses. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find information on this (I admit, user error here).

Has anyone seen information re: the dynamic IP addresses used by Taleo Learn?
