Getting Error while developing OSB 11.1.1.6 Demo Sample

I had installed OSB 11.1.1.6, JDk 8, Weblogic 10.0.3.6, Eclipse oepe 1.8

I am creating a sample WS using above blogspot. when i running the app getting below exception
