Some times iPlanet WS 7.0 error log filled with "Access fault"
Hi,
Customer using webserver 7.0 SP21 on solaris 10.
Yesterday, webserver's one instance errors log filled with "Access fault" messages at certain time:
failure (12321): HTTP3068: Error receiving request from XX.X.XX.XX (Access fault)
failure (12321): HTTP3068: Error receiving request from XX.X.XX.XX (Access fault)
failure (12321): HTTP3068: Error receiving request from XX.X.XX.XX (Access fault)
Error was occurred 4966 times at yesterday and service was denied randomly.
So, they was restarting the webserver instance, then service work properly now.
customer would like to know below details:
1. what mean the error message?
In what scenarios webserver will log this messages?
2. How to solve in this problem occurred?
Customer want to solution for prevent reccurrence this problem.
Any help on this really appreciated
