msrdt reported a lot off errors, see attached file. Is there any way to correct these?

for example: non_matched schema  for in-queue table and CPV view found!

yes - but this is something that should be handled through Oracle support.   Several of your items are going to require a discussion and support is set up for that type of exchange.   Do you have a support contract?
