Hi,

I am getting inconsistent data on data form for different users.

Data for User1:

Data for User2:

I am able to refresh database, export data. Essbase seems to be in good health.

Tried this on smartview too, same issue.

Hyperion version 11.1.2.4.005

Any idea guys why this is happening?

Could it be because of user preferences? i did checked them though, they are same.

Regards

Dear all it was naive mistake from my end.

A POV dimension was hidden in data form settings which was missed while cross checking users.

Different member of hidden dimension for both users were selected. Un-hiding and selecting appropriate member of hidden dimension solved the inconsistency

    thanks for help.

This is strange, Can you try with the Admin user and see the result? The Data from you are opening is from the same Instance i believe.

That makes no sense, are you sure that both users are connecting to the same environment?

Do you have clusters with load balancing by chance?

Looks like two separate environments to me

    No Clustering.

    Same environment.

I did tried it with admin.

    It was same as user1.

It is strange. I just have a hunch that it might be a my browsers cache issue.

Plus recently my essbase database got corrupted. I cleared all the data. (didn't delete my plan types) and reloaded the previous data.

Could it be possible that somehow this is effecting it?

Use Smart View essbase connection, adhoc, create the same intersection as the form, test for both users, then try with a planning adhoc connection.
